Mango glutinous rice dumpling

 

Mango rice dumpling is a local snack in Cheung Chau. A large piece of mango is wrapped by a layer of thin glutinous rice dumpling. Apart from mango, various flavors are offered to customers, including strawberry, custard and so on.
