Ping On Bun

 

Cheung Chau Ping On Bun is the icon of the Cheung Chau Jiao Festival. It is used in ceremonial rituals. Cheung Chau residents will receive blessed Ping On buns in the last morning of  Jiao Festival. They believe that the blessed buns will bring them good luck, safe and peace. You can buy it in Kwok Kam Kee Cake Shop 郭錦記餅店. It is a famous shop which sells Ping On Bun.
